2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the wen1wen platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and is strictly enforced. wen1wen reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The wen1wen platform is intended for use by persons located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of wen1wen complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. wen1wen makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use wen1wen: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from wen1wen or any other gambling platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of wen1wen and its affiliated entities; (d) persons who have been excluded by wen1wen for any reason.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active wen1wen account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. wen1wen employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. wen1wen may require you to submit identity verification documents (including government-issued ID) at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wen1wen login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. wen1wen will never request your password through any channel. You must notify wen1wen immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Suspension and Termination. wen1wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) wen1wen suspects fraudulent activity; (c) the player has provided false information; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wen1wen accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds obtained through illegal means, and you must not use payment methods belonging to third parties. wen1wen reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. wen1wen aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. wen1wen may apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy, which will be communicated to the player prior to any deduction.
5.1 wen1wen may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
5.3 wen1wen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.
5.4 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
6.1 All games available on wen1wen use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing procedures that are independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by these certified systems and are not influenced by wen1wen or any third party.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, wen1wen reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. wen1wen's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are available within each game interface. wen1wen is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
6.4 wen1wen reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including through collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of software errors.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wen1wen platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wen1wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
10.2 wen1wen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wen1wen account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 wen1wen does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk.
11.1 wen1wen collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 wen1wen may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or court order.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Nothing in this section limits wen1wen's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
